Work Permit & Visa Support for Teaching Interns
At ILC Hua Hin, we support our teaching interns by assisting with visa applications and work permits to ensure a smooth transition to living and working in Thailand.
Can I Get a Work Permit?
Yes! As a legally registered Thai business, ILC can sponsor a work permit for qualified interns who meet the necessary requirements.
Work Permit Eligibility:
✔ Native English speaker
✔ CELTA qualification (or equivalent)
✔ Teaching experience
✔ Holding a Non-Immigrant B Visa (required before applying for a work permit)
Visa & Work Permit Process:
1️⃣ Apply for a Non-Immigrant B Visa before arriving in Thailand.
2️⃣ ILC submits your work permit application to the Ministry of Labour.
3️⃣ Once approved, you can legally work as a teaching intern at ILC.
Additional Support:
✅ Visa guidance – Assistance with applying for the correct visa.
✅ Work permit processing – ILC will handle the necessary documentation.
✅ Legal compliance – We ensure that all interns meet Thai labour regulations.
