The English Football Course Hua Hin at ILC Hua Hin is part of the exciting Premier Skills English programme, created in partnership with the British Council and the Premier League. Premier Skills Sundays is a dedicated 90-minute classroom English course that runs every Sunday, using football to develop vocabulary, reading, speaking and communication skills.
During the Thai school holidays, children can take their learning even further with our Football English Holiday Programme. Combining football coaching in the morning with English lessons in the afternoon, families can choose from 1, 2 or 3-week courses. This unique approach allows children to improve their football, develop their English and enjoy an active, memorable holiday experience.
Built For Children Who Love Football
Premier Skills English is designed for children aged 7-11 who love football and learn best when they are active, interested and having fun. By using the world’s favourite game as the theme for every lesson, children become engaged naturally, helping to spark a genuine interest in the English language rather than seeing it as just another school subject.
The programme carefully balances education with enjoyment. Football is not used as a distraction from learning—it is the motivation behind it. Through football-themed activities, stories, discussions and practical language tasks, children build vocabulary, reading, speaking and communication skills whilst developing confidence in the classroom.

Three Levels of Football English
Football English Beginner
Football English Beginner introduces children to everyday English through the world of football, helping them build confidence in real-life communication whilst learning through a subject they love. Combining the English 90 Beginner Textbook and Self-Study Workbook, the programme uses engaging lessons set around the fictional club Locomotive London to make language learning natural, enjoyable and memorable.
Students learn to introduce themselves, make small talk, discuss their favourite teams and players, and use everyday English with greater confidence. Through careful repetition and football-themed activities, children build strong foundations that prepare them for the next stage of their English learning journey.
Football English Elementary
Football English Elementary helps students build confidence by developing the language needed to communicate in real football environments. Combining the Football English Elementary Textbook and Self-Study Workbook, the programme introduces essential vocabulary for training sessions, matchdays and football conversations through engaging activities set around the fictional club Locomotive London.
Through structured classroom activities and self-study exercises, students strengthen their communication skills whilst improving their understanding of the modern game. Football becomes the motivation for learning, helping children use English naturally and with increasing confidence.
Football English Intermediate
Football English Intermediate provides a solid grounding in Football English, helping students develop the confidence and ability needed to communicate in the modern game. With more than 100 pages of football-context exercises, illustrations and speaking activities, learners explore the language used at the training ground, before, during and after matches, and in conversations with teammates, coaches, the media and supporters.
Students develop practical communication skills through authentic football situations, building vocabulary and confidence through carefully structured learning materials. As their ability grows, they become more comfortable discussing tactics, performances and the wider football world in English.

Premier Skills Sundays
A dedicated 8-week classroom English programme for children aged 7-9. Every Sunday, pupils use HATRIQA learning materials, the Soccer Reader method and football-themed activities to build vocabulary, reading, speaking and communication skills.

Football Coaching
Football coaching at the English Football Course Hua Hin is all about giving kids the chance to train like real players while practising English at the same time. Every 45-minute session follows the Premier Skills approach, blending high-energy football activities with language learning. Children work on core skills such as ball control, passing, dribbling, teamwork, and match awareness — all delivered in English so they naturally pick up new words and phrases on the pitch.
Inspired by England Football coaching sessions, our training is fun, inclusive, and designed for all levels. Kids don’t just play games — they learn discipline, communication, and confidence through football.
