Premier Skills Camp is a residential programme that combines professional football coaching with real English language learning. We already run this camp successfully for children in Hua Hin during the school holidays — see more here — and we are now offering it nationwide across Thailand for closed school groups.
The programme is based on the official Premier Skills English initiative from the British Council and the Premier League, a global project that has supported over 25,000 coaches and 1.6 million young people to improve their English communication through football.
This camp is designed for students who want more than just classroom learning. It’s for those who want to live English— on the pitch, in teams, and through activities that build teamwork, leadership, and confidence.

A Unique Football + English Curriculum
Premier Skills Camp is a special English course that uses football to teach real communication. Created by the British Council and Premier League, it’s part of a global programme that’s helped millions of students speak better English.
At camp, learners don’t just sit in a classroom—they move, speak, and play in English. Every session includes teamwork, coaching, and conversation. Students practise real-life English while learning football tactics and leadership.
It’s perfect for children aged 10–15 who want to improve fast. Lessons are exciting, active, and focused on fluency—not grammar. Football becomes the language of learning every day.
English Lessons With Purpose
Premier Skills Camp is designed to build confidence and communication skills. Mornings are focused on speaking, listening, and giving instructions. Afternoons are for drills, teamwork, and matches—all in English.
Students talk, lead, and reflect in every activity. The course uses trusted Premier Skills materials, written by experts. It’s more than a game—it’s a powerful way to study English.
This camp suits sporty learners who enjoy learning through action. With support from experienced coaches and teachers, students improve quickly and naturally. It’s English with purpose, helping young players use language clearly, confidently, and with energy.
Football That Builds Language
Afternoons are spent on the pitch with qualified coaches, delivering Premier Skills Camp–inspired training. These sessions go beyond improving football technique – they are designed to build communication, collaboration, and confidence through English.
During Premier Skills Camp football sessions, students will:
Follow drills and give instructions in English.
Take on rotating roles such as captain, coach, referee, and reporter.
Complete speaking challenges after training (e.g. “Describe how your team organised its defence”).
Reflect on teamwork in English with coaches and peers.
Play every game in English, with tailored support for all language levels and football experience.
Every match, drill, and discussion is in English, creating a lively environment where students practise the language naturally while developing their football skills.

Premier Skills Camp is more Than Just football – It's a Full Experience
Cultural Visit Included
As part of Premier Skills Camp, students take part in a cultural trip that blends language learning with real-world experiences. It’s a chance to explore beyond the football pitch while continuing to use English in authentic situations.
The visit might include:
Exploring a temple, craft centre, or local market
Completing a cultural task such as note-taking, observation, or photography
Joining a follow-up speaking or writing activity
These visits give students the opportunity to practise English naturally, outside the classroom. By describing what they’ve seen and experienced, they grow in confidence and fluency. It’s where culture, language, and teamwork come together.
A Typical Day
Every day at Premier Skills Camp combines English, football, and fun—building both fluency and teamwork.
Morning:
Interactive communication lessons using Premier Skills learning materials
Afternoon:
Football coaching and match play with structured speaking tasks
Evening:
Dinner followed by group discussions, reflection, or football-themed games
Throughout the day, students are encouraged to speak English at all times—on the pitch, in teams, and during activities. Each day is designed with a balance of confidence-building, leadership, and communication. The focus is on using English with purpose, not memorising grammar rules.
