- General Information
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all courses and services provided by The International Language Centre Company Limited (ILC Hua Hin).
- By enrolling in any course, students agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- ILC Hua Hin reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
- Enrollment and Registration
- Eligibility: Courses are open to individuals aged 6 years and above unless specified otherwise.
- Registration Process:
- Complete the enrollment form with accurate details.
- Submit a valid ID or passport for verification.
- Full payment is required before the course commences.
- Deadlines: Registration must be completed at least 7 days before the course start date.
- Non-Transferable: Registrations cannot be transferred to another student, friend, or sibling.
- Payment Policies
- Payment Methods:
- Accepted payment methods include cash, QR code payments, and bank transfers.
- Payments must be made in Thai Baht (THB).
- Deadlines:
- Full payment is required before the course begins; otherwise, students will not be permitted to attend classes.
- Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation by the Student:
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date.
- Cancellation by ILC Hua Hin:
- If ILC Hua Hin cancels a course, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
- Attendance and Participation
- Attendance Requirements:
- Students must attend at least 80% of scheduled classes to receive a certificate of completion.
- Mobile Phone Use:
- Mobile phones are not permitted in the learning centre.
- Public Holidays
- No classes will be held on Thai public holidays.
- Missed classes due to public holidays will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- Course Materials
- Access:
- All necessary course materials will be provided at the start of the course.
- Intellectual Property:
- Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent.
- Exam Registration
- ILC Hua Hin is an official British Council IELTS Registration Centre.
- Exam registrations must be completed at least 14 days before the exam date.
- ILC Hua Hin will assist with registration and provide access to official British Council resources.
- Health and Safety
- Students must inform ILC Hua Hin of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions before enrollment.
- In emergencies, ILC Hua Hin staff will assist with arranging medical care but will not be liable for associated costs.
- Liability
- ILC Hua Hin is not liable for:
- Personal injuries sustained during the course.
- Loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Delays or disruptions caused by external factors (e.g., public holidays, weather).
- Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to:
- Be respectful to staff, teachers, and classmates.
- Follow classroom rules and instructions.
- Maintain a positive learning environment.
- Violations may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.
- Privacy Policy
- ILC Hua Hin complies with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Personal data will only be used for course administration and communication.
- Data will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
- Non-Discrimination Policy
- ILC Hua Hin is committed to providing equal opportunities and fostering an inclusive environment.
- Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or disability is not tolerated.
- Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by Thai law.
- Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand.
- Additional Notes
- Refunds for Missed Classes: No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed classes due to student’s personal reasons.
Buy 3 Get 1 Free Offer: Pay for 3 Saturdays and get the 4th Saturday free. This promotion must be used within 4 consecutive weeks. It cannot be paused, extended, or transferred once started.
3-Month Package: Pay for 3 months in advance and receive a discounted rate. The 3-month period begins from the first attended class and runs continuously. It cannot be paused or rescheduled.
Flexible Adult English: You may purchase a 1-month or 3-month package. This entitles you to attend one session per day, either the afternoon or evening slot. You may not attend both sessions on the same day.
